Your role and daily functions
During your internship, you will be involved with our developers, consultants, and technical writers in order to improve our documentation system. Some of the task examples:
- Do we communicate the right message in our documentation?
- What is the best way to structure our online documentation?
- State-of-the-art way to structure online help. What are the big players doing?
- What is the optimal flow between developers and technical writers?
- When releasing new software versions, what must be documented ("need to have") - and what might be documented ("nice to have")?
- Usability review of the documentation system
- User experience review
